Property was very clean and was in a comfortable location

The fob to get into the property was broken and we didn’t get a new fob so it was very awkward at time to get into the building.

The location was good

There weren’t enough clean towels. The property was not clean - found a cigarette butt in the table. The bed was broken and the owners put a metal bar diagonally across the bed to support the mattress. I was asked to pre check in and pay a deposit about an hour before check in - such poor timing as we were driving. Why couldn’t they have asked 24 hours before? Customer service was an absolute zero. Not once did they respond to our requests. Worst of all, we were allocated parking on the premises for the duration of our stay but was given a ticket for parking during our stay. Asked the owners to clarify matters with the parking management but nothing came back.

"A TOURTURE SESSION"

First things: - floor was not hoovered - Broken beds - no working wifi [wifi company knocked on door whilst staying] - no bathroom facilities: toilet paper, towels, body wash, shampoo - room isn’t as photos show [not catfish but not the same] - Dirty towels in washing machine !!!!!!! Incident:!!!!!! We was left with no towels or toilet paper for 19 hours! We checked in at 3pm and didn’t receive the facilities until 11am the following day! We missed a dinner reservation as we wasn’t able to get ready to go out. it took me 17 calls to get through to the host which wasn’t the actual host but was a middle woman who had to then contact the host. I spent over 3hrs on the phone to booking.com trying to retrieve the promised facilities but the the host just kept telling booking.com that they will drop the facilities within 30mins/1hour but they never arrived until 11am the following day. The excuse was there working hours are 9:30am - 15:00????? IF YOU HAVE GUEST ARRIVING YOU ARE TECHNICALLY ON CALL IF THERE IS AN ISSUE!!!! I did request a practical refund to compensate the inconvenience which i think is fair but i haven’t received. Besides all this we decided to pay for late check out as we was feeling lazy - they began to text and email me multiple times telling me that check out is at 10am and i should’ve dropped the keys off by now etc. I informed them i paid for late check out and i dropped the keys at 11am and that they should check their systems before harassing me! I left the apartment clean and tidy due to be a respectful person i did receive my deposit back but i think if all of this wouldn’t of happened they would’ve made up something to keep my deposit! BE CAREFUL.

Absolutely nothing!!

This apartment should be shut down!! Absolutely disgusting. All bed sheets were filthy and hadnt been washed as they stunk of body odure. All blinds were broken so people could see in. Beds are broken, and when we lifted up the mattress to check the slats we found condom wrappers…..absolutely filthy! We all slept in our cloths as couldnt possibly get under the covers! Given 2 dirty towels for a family of 6. There was a whole cupboard of dirty towels that had been sittimg there for god knows how long. No batteries in the tv remote with no option to turn the tv over actually on the tv, so had to watch a foreign channel. Sofa and rugs had stains and was very dirty. The bedroom window doesnt close so its absolutely freezing which is really not ideal when we have a 3 month old baby which we had to wrap up. Shower doesnt drain water away so flooded the bathroom and when i told the man who i picked keys up from, he said “yes i know”. Just shocking. I have since read reviews on this place and they are all the same! How this place is allowed to be rented out is beyond me. On top of all this, they have kept my £100 deposit as they say it hasnt been taking its just a holding deposit and has been released. I have spoken to my bank and they confirm it has been taken with no vision of it pending to come back in.

"Dont stay at this property or use URBAN HAVEN SUITES - they don't provide any cleaning service!"

This property was filthy and there were stains on both beds, As a business user or as a holiday traveler I would not stay here. There is zero customer service from the Urban Haven Suite, I asked for an alternative room and was told no room was available. Never use this company. No refund offered. I had to book another place asap and I still haven't got a refund or apology from Urban Haven Suites. Please don't every stay here. They really don't care about cleaning.

Photos on Booking.com do not match condition of room, stains are everywhere, Stains on sofa, beds. They wont refund me my money Booking.com don't want to help me. only a token amount. I will go to Airbnb or elsewhere. I have told booking.com to ban this supplier as they are falsely advertising Lux and a room. They will take your money but provide no service. Ban them Booking.com. See photos of stains and look at photos on booking.com, what a joke

Nothing. Looked great on the picture. But in reality it wasn’t anywhere near up to standard

Most things. Looked tired. It was really dirty like it hadn’t been cleaned properly. Stains on the bed and poo stains in the toilet. Dust everywhere and grease stains all over the kitchen. Blinds were broken so they wouldn’t shut properly
