Great location and view. Very comfortable

Location was nice and quiet and close to centre

Unwashed / smelly towels left in wardrobe corner in one of the rooms Someone entered the property while we were out on 1st evening and Deposited a giant flat screen Television on the kitchen table. Uninvited, unauthorised and not very sensible when we wanted to use the table to eat.

We stayed at this property as part of a family trip throughout United Kingdom. We specifically booked this property because it was advertised with air conditioning because temperatures were expected to be above 85 degrees. When we arrived, the home was hot and uncomfortable. We were told the air conditioning was not working and the only resolution to reduce the heat in the home was to open a sky light on the third floor. The owner stated this should help reduce the heat. If the owner knowingly knew that the AC wasn't working, then this sky light should have been opened upon arrival. We did not open it, because there were many birds on the rooftops of all the homes and we were concerned that a bird could possibly enter the home. The temperature in the home continued to increase throughout the day and night. The interval temperature was 85 degrees, which made it difficult for sleeping. The property was also advertised with having four king bedrooms. When actually, it was two Kings and two twins. Additionally, the property was advertised with a sofa bed. It did not have a sofa bed, but only a sofa. We were extremely disappointed in our stay at this property.

Beautiful and clean modern house. Comfortable and spacious. Location within walking distance to local attractions. The host provided all relevant information and responded to all messages very quickly.

Had a lovely stay at this spacious apartment in Bath. The place was really well kept, super roomy, and they had a cot ready for my baby just as requested. The living room was really cozy, and we especially loved the wonderful outdoor space and rooftop — such a nice bonus! Communication was great throughout.

Only thing is the oven could’ve been a bit cleaner, but everything else was spot on.

The rooms at Solar Sanctuary were spacious, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. It’s perfectly located in the city center, making it easy to explore. Highly recommended for families!
