You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A deposit may be required at the property.

"It’s been a nice house just not been looked after"

The smell in the living area was bad. The windows were very dirty and more noticeable when the sun shone on them. The drawers inside the wardrobe were dusty/dirty inside we didn’t use them, and they were broken.

"Great place for our family and conveniently close to the city centre by regular buses"

Ease of parking outside, quiet area, wife loved having the coffee machine. Great to have the key available via a lockbox as we ended up arriving at 3 in the morning due to a delayed ferry. Owners were very responsive to questions/info in advance.

The shower curtain was mouldy and should be replaced. the property had a bit of a stale smell like it had not been used in a while. The front door lock was not always easy to use - felt like the barrel was not properly aligned, some WD-40 might fix it.

The location is very good and quite. The game for family.

Was too cold, heating should be working more. Doubel Bed is too small for adults. Kichen should be more prepared for a bigger family. (Pots, pans, kichen equipment)

"Lovely house in Great location"

I loved everything. The colour lamp in the TV room worked a treat for my granddaughter, who is a Special needs baby. She just loved it. House was spotlessly clean and warm. Location was ideal for our needs. Directions and information in relation to our stay was excellent. I'd have no hesitation in recommending this house to anyone.

the house was clean and comfortable, the kitchen is fully functioning it has everything you need,,,grate location close to shops and city centre is easy to get to. Also its in a nice peaceful location ideal for a family

There isn't anything I didn't like everything was perfect

"Home from home"

Cosy house, very clean. Houses is exactly like pictures. Would highly recommend, we stayed as a family of 2 adults and 4 children. Kids loved the beanbag and the colourful light. Board games and Uno was a great addition. This is our first time staying in a house and it didn't disappoint. Thank.you
