Arkana 9 Suites by Grupo Amber

Loved our stay here! Jae was so attentive and was always just a message away if we needed anything. The space was very clean, room was nice and dark for sleeping with a firm comfortable mattress. The area is very quiet, but just a 5 min walk from Soriana and Oxxo, and a quick walk down to 5th. The rooftop pool was awesome and kept very clean. We would love to stay here again!

It was a comfortable place and served its purpose for the couple of weeks I was staying there. Jae Noemie was excellent throughout.

It could be noisy.

Good stay. Everything was like the pictures. It was very spacious and had everything needed in the unit. It is located in a walkable area with many grocery stores and the beach, only a 15-minute walk. The wifi was superb! I had no issues working remotely or even live streaming / video calls around the pool and in the unit.

Just some construction noise around the neighborhood as it in the area of PDC where they are building up more units to match the demand. But it is not unbearable or a deal breaker. This was a fantastic unit.

Jae was nice and helped us settled in, area was ok walking distance to restaurants and everything. Beds were comfortable.

Rooms were very dark, one didn’t have a window and there was a service door without mosquito net that was broken, so we had to keep it closed with a chair. During the night there were some super bright lamps right outside the window of our room, which couldn’t be turned off and there were no darkening curtains, so the bedroom was basically brighter during the night than during the day.
