"Exceptional"

Stayed for 3 nights for the cricket with family. Perfect location and easy to walk to the stadium from where we were. All 4 rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Would recommend staying here again.

First floor only has an en-suite so it’s a bit annoying to either share an en-suite or keep treking upstairs when you need to shower, use the toilet etc. but we made it work.

Fantastic property - great location, value for money, host was helpful and communicative, easy to check in as there was a code on the door. The place was clean and had everything we needed.

The grass was quite overgrown so we couldn’t really use the garden and the check out time was quite early (10am). Other than that it was great!

"Very Good and what was required"

Very good property central for a business stay as we needed to be city as well as easy reach of Security Venue, had everything you would expect! Unfortunately the rubbish at the front of the property was no fault of the owner as had not been collected for some time!
