"Fantastic family villa"

The location is amazing. Opposite dikwella beach, and a nice walk to Hirketiya. Away from the noisy bars and steps away from the famous smoke & bitters bar. The villa is lovely. So clean and well stocked with kitchen facilities. The washing machine is handy. Ac in all rooms. The staff are fantastic as well. Highly Recommend and will stay again.

"Great villa with view"

The villa was incredibly big and clean, with amazing hospitality from the staff. We loved the huge living spaces, open kitchen, private pool, and the massive terrace with its breathtaking view. Highly recommended!

It takes some time to find the location. Also, because of the open-roof design, you can find some insects inside the villa. You absolutely must keep the doors closed—especially the one to the pool—otherwise, you will get plenty of mosquito kisses!

Kaas Villas is in the perfect location surrounded by wonderful cafes and bars. A 10 minute walk to Hiriketiya Beach, where you will find endless food and drink options, along with the perfect spots to relax on the beach and swim. You can see a wonderful view of Dikwella beach from your villa, and Malkoha Specialty Cafe and Bar right next door is a wonderful beach view cafe. The Villa itself is spacious, air conditioned both downstairs and in the bedroom. Very clean and convenient villa, with your own private pool and sun chairs, makes for a lovely afternoon in the sun. Pradeep was super helpful and willing to help whenever needed, along with all the lovely staff.

"Host en accommodatie op zich ok,doch redelijk wat minpunten om toch niet opnieuw te boeken."

Verbleven hier met 2 koppels van 40 en 60. Service van de host was zeer goed. Ontbijt was verzorgd. Rustige ligging mocht er niet aan de voorzijde,achterzijde en opzij drie bouwwerven aan de gang zijn.

Storend lawaai van de buitenunits van de airco,deze veroorzaakten trillingen in de structuur van het gebouw waardoor het gedreun tijdens de nacht inbreuk geeft aan de nachtrust. Heb dit ook gemeld aan de host als verbeterpunt. Geluid van de 3 omringende bouwwerven tijdens de dag , ook in het weekend. Onverharde en bij regen slijkerige toegangsweg.
