Met on arrival by James the friendly and accommodating host who provided a tour of the garden flat which looked as though it had been fully refurbished yesterday! The flat was gleaming and provided all the facilities you could ask for to ensure a more than comfortable stay with the added bonus of a charming garden. Its location was ideal with railway station, cafes, restaurants and shopping mall a few paces away. The seafront a matter of a 10 minute walk. Highly recommended on all fronts.

James and Sam really could not have been more helpful or accommodating. The flat is in a great location close to the train station and also the local buses. There are plenty of lovely independent cafes and restaurants close by. The seafront is a nice walk and not too far. The flat is extremely well equipped, clean comfortable and quiet. And it comes with parking permits!! It really was a perfect stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Great couple of days.

The apartment was very complete and equipped with good quality appliances, very comfortable furniture, an excellent location both close to the apartment and points of interest within Eastbourne. The host was also very accommodating and ensured our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

"Ideal apartment for mini-break."

Very comfortable apartment. Ideal location for train traveller and easy short walk to Towner and the beach. Close to local shops and cafes.

Not a lot, but would recommend adding food waste bin.
