Poppy's on the Lagoon

Location was key for us just like last stay. It was quiet and peaceful the entire time.

Television worked for 3 nights then we could hear sound but had no picture. Television service in Vanuatu is always sketch though.

ONly wiew from balcony.

I'm 69 old and walking up and down on the hill several times a day not realy pleasent. When you booking there is no information you neeed to walk on the hill. Eaven when we arrived 1:30 in the morning driver drop us on the top of the hill. We forsed wid laguage to go down , security guy meat us ant then going up (walking on the hill). Discasting, while cars (buggies) siting and douing nothing. Food also was not good.

The room was dated but clean and 5he view was amazing. The layout was different from the Web diagrams which was disappointing but bearable.

The breakfast was poor no kitchen for hot offerings unless you wanted to make it yourself. The driveway is steep buses will pick you up from the bottom at an additional cost. The pools were closed often I thought that a rotation of cleaning schedules could have been done better.

Breakfast was plentiful - fruit, yoghurt, bread, spreads, croissants, juice, milk, instant coffee. The quietness of the location.

The unit is run down.... the mattress's need replacement... the bathrooms are old, the front door did not open.... overall the place is tired. The pool has cracked tiles around it and was out of service for two days. This is not a reflection on the staff... this is a total reflection on the owners of this place. The logoon is not for swimming in... this should be part of the advertising of this place,. The lagoon is not clean and has effluent in it

The staff are all friendly and helpful.

If there is a wheelchair access to the swimming pool, would be much more enjoyable.

Great place to go relax.

breakfast could have been better as we paid quite a bit for the rooms. breakfast was disapointing.

the staff made our stay so enjoyable and made us feel comfortable

would have like knowing that swimming at waterfront was not an option before booking and access to property was very steep but upside to this is it is very quiet and not a lot of traffic
