Dosyć dobrze wyposażony.

Dosyć niezrozumiałe zasady sprzątania. Opłata jest naliczana za każdy dzień, nikt nie zjawił się posprzątać. Dodatkowo płacąc za sprzątanie i tak trzeba samemu posprzątać..

Lo mejor de la propiedad es la ubicación. La casa es linda. El problema es que la habitación de dos camitas tiene olor a humedad. Las sábanas estaban todas arrugadas, parecían usadas. No hay ninguna manta extra. A la noche tuve frío. El baño de abajo tiene la mampara rota, cuando te bañas se moja todo el baño.

I feel I was robbed in a very nasty way, after paying the property I was told upon arrival I had to give an extra 49€ deposit in case the apartment was dirty after we left, the host even gave me a a to do list with more than 20 things to do for cleaning, including things such as taking of all sheets, cleaning fridge, vacuuming, mopping etc… which to begin with I’ve never been a asked for before, but she also insisted it was just a formality since many guest leave a mess. yet I actually used about an hours to fulfil every thing on the list, I even took a video or everything and sent it to the host. To which she only replied a day later with a lousy foto from the cleaning lady showing one hair on the floor and consequently she was keeping my money. To which I replied with all the fotos and videos stating before how I’ve checked everything on the list perfectly, the place was even cleaner than when we arrived. She never replied to my messages and dismissed me completely. I feel it’s very disrespectful and an obvious scam to get extra money from people. It’s not about 49€ it’s mostly about the way they go around it, making us clean up the whole place and then taking extra money from us, which wasn’t at all mentioned before on the site and only once you’ve already booked the place. I feel cheated and definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Scam Besides the place has no heaters is quite cold and didn’t have a enough warm blankets. It smelled like cat piss and the toilets weren’t clean. The children room was full of humidity and even mole on the walls. Really bad

Não foi anunciado que seria cobrado uma taxa de limpeza a mais do valor já pedido. Já que essa taxa é cobrada o apartamento tem que estar impecável e não estava, estava cheio de pó o chão todo molhado quando chegamos e num clima de frio trancaram os aquecedores para não serem usados. Atendimento péssimo e não devolvem o dinheiro da limpeza pois dizem que se for o hóspede a limpar que devolvem o dinheiro, porém no final da estadia falam que a limpeza foi mal feita sem fotos para comprovar tudo para não devolver o dinheiro. Os lençóis claramente não estavam limpos foram usados e arrumados de qualquer forma no armário sendo que não deixaram os aquecedores tivemos que procurar lençóis e encontramos tudo de qualquer maneira dentro do armário.
