Next door to a yard with many roosters. Continuous day and night crowing was annoying. Only in the e ‘family rooms’

The staff was very accommodating and helpful even with our very late check-in.

The location is a little far from the beach.

The rice gave all 4 of us food poisoning. As that is the only thing all 4 of us ate the same. They held us up for over 15 min to check out to see if we stolen anything from the room. Does it look like I need to take a towel or tv remote? Would not stay again.

Very nice hotel, the room was comfortable and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with everything- from carrying suitcase to booking a tricycle. We liked location as it wasn’t in El Nido Town strict centre but only 10-15 mins scooter ride away:)

Breakfast wasn’t included. I purchased and didn’t like the buffet selection

I used two rooms - the refrigerators in both rooms did not work, and could not cool drinks lower than room temperature. My second room faced the sunshine and even with curtains closed the aircon did not keep it cool. With excellent fish and sea-food everywhere it was very disappointing that the restaurant did not offer locally sourced fish dishes.

The breakfast is very good. There's wide variety of selection and served hot. Staff are polite and always ready to help. The hotel is generally clean.

There's a drinking water dispenser in each level of the hotel. I suggest to take this out and instead provide for a sealed bottled water upon guest's request to ensure water quality. We had stomach upset during our stay which maybe attributed to contaminated drinking water taken from the dispenser.
