Everyone was incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive throughout the trip. They were always ready to help with a smile, making us feel welcome from the moment we boarded until the end of the cruise. Le staff est particulièrement attentif et agréable. Ambiance friendly et les repas sont bons et copieux

1/ Le circuit croisière de 10km en aller/ retour pour une découverte de la baie n'est vraiment pas à la hauteur des attentes. Le bateau au bout d'une heure a jeté l'encre en fin de matinée pour rentrer le lendemain en début de matinée. 2/ Les activités plage et kayak sont quelconques, seule la cave est intéressante. 3/ Nous avions commandé et payé un transfert en speedboat pour aller le lendemain sur Cat Ba et le matin même nous avons été informé qu'il avait été annulé, que seul le ferry pouvait nous emmener. La raison, mauvaise météo ???? Il faisait meilleur que la veille et tous les bateaux naviguaient !! Cherchez l'erreur ! 4/ la baie est envahie de bateaux, les effluves de gas-oil sont persistantes.
