"Excellent, the parking made it good value. Attractive property. Good for Brighton attractions"

Spacious, modern with good decor. Close to sea front and Brighton Centre where we were attending a graduation. Parking excellent and rare in the area.

The one tiny thing that let the property down was a bit of mould in the shower. Generally very clean and tidy

"Close to beach and town."

Close to the beach and town and 10 mins from The Brighton Centre where we had a concert booked. Parking for the car was a bonus. Comfortable and well equipped.

The area where the car was left could do with a tidy up by removing the weeds etc. The extractor fan in the bathroom could do with a jolly good clean. These are very small details but overall make an impression other than that we had a nice stay.

"Perfect stay in Brighton"

Great location and the private, secure off-site parking was perfect. Very spacious and clean.

The shower cubicle is extremely small.

We had such a wonderful stay. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described—if not better. From the thoughtful touches to the peaceful atmosphere, everything made us feel right at home. Thank you for being such a gracious and attentive host. We’d absolutely love to stay again if we’re ever back in the area!

Everything. Close to the sea, all amenities were within easy walking distance, and, a huge plus in Brighton... private parking! Couldn't be more pleased.
