Strand vollständig mit angeschwemmtem Betonblöcken übersät. Die in Jahreszeit üblichen Algenteppiche blieben in Blöcken hängen. Zeitweiser unerträglicher Gestank. Reinigungsbemühungen eher symbolisch und unwirksam. Keines der Hotelbilder zeigt diese miserable Strandsituation. Rezeption, Concierge unkompetent. Kleinliche Haltung. Zimmer erneuerungsbedürftig

Excellent property with great facilities

Majority of staff were excellent…some staff were inconsistent…went there for our honeymoon as we were married at this resort 20 years ago….we told them in booking as well as our “butler” several times when we were there and told they would do something for us as they did for other guests celebrating events but was forgotten. Some missed things like coffee in our room and hottie miss for turn down service. Confirmed pick up time several times the day before and they forgot to send someone to get us. All in all an excellent time and complaints of the resort itself are minimal.

Las actividades estaban entretenidas, la variedad de restaurantes era buena y el precio que pagamos fue muy buena relación calidad precio. La opción de ir a playa maroma es muy positivo ya que la playa del hotel no era nada buena con las algas y los rompeolas. Fuimos varios días ya que era mejor que estar en la piscina, la actividad de catamarán y snorkel si no hay mucha gente estaba entretenida.

La iluminación de noche era algo escasa por ciertas zonas y echamos en falta más carteles señalizando dónde están los restaurantes o ciertas áreas. La información proporcionada en la app o los folletos en cuanto a horarios no siempre era correcta. La happy band no debería de ir más de una noche, las otras bandas nos parecieron mucho mejores. Los tours y las tiendas del resort eran super caras, así que lleva tu crema y todo lo que necesites para no tener que necesitar comprar nada, ya que no hay nada muy cerca del hotel.
