This place is just an ex-home that has been converted into rooms for letting purposes. The staff have very little English, I had to say my name at least 4 times for them to understand. One of the toilets was not working. When I got up on sunday morning the glass in the front had been smashed during the night. I have no idea what happened. This place is not safe if there was a fire. It should be removed from you site.

The room was not made the bed had been slept in the towels dirty and cups used. They told me I was wrong but moved me into a. Different room which was cheaper but was offered no money back. And the kettle and black slush liquid in. Was not what I needed after turning up at 11 at night I couldn’t go somewhere else. Slept with my clothes on was so awful. I sent photos and no apology or refund

Didn’t like anything about it…

Room was smaller than an average bathroom. Was going to stay with 60 yr old mother… walked in and walked straight out. Couldn’t swing a cat. Smelled of weed and smoke in the whole building. Bedding was the same. Bannisters were dirty, and lights were on the outside of the rooms. Queues for bathrooms of young men in hoodies. Walked into the sound of a man wretching and coughing his guts up. Key safes were over complicated and unnecessary. I didn’t even look as to the breakfast coffee and tea situation, I wouldn’t touch it. Don’t know where it’s been and I didn’t even see any signs to communal rooms. The pictures in the ad are ludicrous and may have been from a good number of years ago, nothing like it is now…. Waste of money. Didn’t stay and I doubt I’ll ever be back. Stay up the road in Moore House. Way better and more for your money.

the location is great, close to the sea

the paint was coming off the celling and was on the bed, in the bathroom the toilet was blocked up, quite disquisting view, room very tiny for 2 people

The contact number was switched off and several attempts later I gave up, when desperately trying to find the keys and room! The bathroom closest to my room didn't have a functioning toilet. The separate toilet didn't have door lock. On reaching the loft where the twin room was, its was filled with cigarette smoke. The tea service in the room had a tin with a few teabags mixed in the sugar, no milk. There was a large sticky stain on the carpet, I put the towels to cover it up all up. There was no room to walk especially as the ceiling was so low. The ceiling plaster 'coming off near the window and bits fell on the bed.
