It's beautifully quiet with views of the canal. The host is wonderful, the rooms are clean, and comfortable and the breakfasts are delicious. Moments away from a thriving village pub which serve amazing pizzas, you really can't ask for more of a B&B.

Absolutely fantastic guest house in every way Gail is a lovely lady and she really does keep a great home the place is spotless the breakfast is first class I have never felt so relaxed. The location is amazing by the canal in a really nice area my stay couldn't have been better.

I've stayed there a few times over the last few years and always enjoy the quiet scenic area and being greeted by the chickens on arrival.. The room was clean and comfortable. The cooked breakfast was very tasty and plenty of choice for the cold options too

Brilliant, peaceful location. With chickens! Gail was a lovely host and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was whatever I wanted, with fresh day-old egg. The room was quiet, clean with great views over the canal and garden, which was available for use.

"Very Good"

My husband went said nice run by lovely family . breakfast very nice .was offered evening meal . Room comfortable. Very clean .chickens in garden. Nice touch .

Shared bathroom . .I won't want to do it again . But still very clean .

Breakfast was excellent as was the optional evening meal. Lovely location on the edge of the Grand Union Canal. Would definitely stay again/recommend,

Shared bathroom not ideal, although it wasn't a problem as there were only a few other people staying, .

Very clean and comfortable ...followed by an amazing Full English breakfast...Gail and her mother were super friendly. I was on a business trip ..I will return to enjoy and relax.

It's hardly a bad thing ..I prefer a firm bed...this bed was super soft and comfortable definately not a deal breaker.
