The keys were never left for us and the host didn’t answer any contact. The only staff member we could find was very rude and did not help, we ended up having to book elsewhere

When I arrived at 19:00 to pick up the keys from the stated location, they weren’t there. I tried calling the host but not answer. Airbnb had to cancel and refund my stay. Awful host.

Location was good

Nothing like the pictures. Hall was was filthy, the room was worn and tired. Bedding had burn holes in it, dirty sponges in the sink. There was absolutely no wifi and when I asked if I could have the wifi code or which network to connect to I had absolutely no response via messenger and calls went straight to answer phone. Linen was from a home store and looked like it had better day. Pillows were lumpy and stained. Slept on top of the bed and just got on with my work. Floors were sticky and table was heavily damaged / warn. Sent to the wrong room then the room key didn't work at first, but required specific jangling to get it to lock or unlock.

The only thing good about my stay was leaving!! The whole air bnb was more like a crack house.

This place was awful. I am completely shocked its on your website. As soon as you get in the main entrance there was broken furniture and old filling cabinets. Going up the dirty stairs to get to my room there was more broken furniture tables , and a load of rubbish. I was rung the day before my appointment from the sky rooms, the woman said your room is cancelled and you can't have it anymore. I was so upset as it had been booked and paid for. I told the lady this was unacceptable as I'm a single female travelling alone. She laughed and said oh I got it wrong your rooms fine. This made me feel very uneasy to say the least. The property was next to a nightclub, and was soo loud. But my problem was when I tried to get in my room, the code didn't work, I tried ringing the number no answer, ive emailed them no answer, ive messaged on the app no answer from sky rooms. I then received a second message stating they gave me the wrong code, so I tried the new code, this didn't work either. Four hours I spent in the hallway, of this place trying to crack the code. I was so scared. The area is very very rough, and I didn't expect to be having to spend the whole night trying to get into the room. Clearly I had been duped. At 4.17 I managed to crack the code and get in the room. I couldn't see anything as there was no ceiling lights. This place really needs a health inspection and im going to take this further im disgusted at how I was treated and having to wait all night to try and get in my room I very clearly was over charged for. People shouting in the corridor, people banging and kicking my door. I haven't been that scared ever. It was like something out of a horror film. This is not how I expected to be treated when paying so much for a room. It's the same price as staying in a room at clarifies, as it was for staying in the crack house bnb.
