Casa Mercedes - Deluxe Apartments in Casco Viejo

Alquilamos para 3 personas. En el dpto solo había 1 vaso largo, 2 copas de vino y 1 copa champagne. No hay vasos para todos. Tampoco había papel higiénico ni servilletas de papel de cocina. Había solo 2 toallones. Y éramos 3. No había toalla de mano. No había pava para calentar agua, no hay jarrito, no hay cucharitas de café ni de té, no hay colador. El velador de la habitación no tiene donde enchufarlo. No estaba el control del aire acondicionado del dormitorio. Para lo que salió el alojamiento y todas las faltas que tiene me parece que es caro. Ojalá puedas solucionarlo para futuros huéspedes. Para nosotros fue una decepción. La zona es terriblemente ruidosa por las noches. Griterío, corridas, policía.

Большой аппарат, находящийся в ОЧЕНЬ шумном месте, ночной жизни! В номере есть всё необходимое! Хозяин был на связи и всегда старался помочь! Персонал отеля отзывчивый и приятный. Надо понимать что это отель не для тихого времени, это отель в бурлящей жизни старого города. Местные в целом шумные люди, а ночью рядом находятся ночные клубы и оживленная дорога, а они очень любят нажимать на гудок!) и делают это под вашим балконом!))) меня это не раздражало, так как я понимал где я нахожусь! Рядом большой магазин, куча кафе и ресторанов, торговые лавки и достопримечательности колониальной эпохи!

Особых претензий нет.

There was no breakfast and further after check in no contact with the receptionist. The bell man brought the luggage to the second-floor apartment, that was nice. You could easily walk to other parts of the town. Opposite the apartment is a church plaza, where people walk through or sit or keeping events.

In In case of any urgency/emergency it would be good to ring a bell and have a direct contact. The intercom system was not functional according to my trial. The bathroom needs attention: during showering the water runs out and the toilet floor gets wet and messy. no extra floor mat was available. Also, no extra bath towels were put, only 2 big ones.

Fantastic location with balcony overlooking Plaza Santa Ana... just steps away from the walk-only street and lots of inexpensive shopping, mini-marts... huge supermarket and several local restaurants. Very safe, police everywhere. Adjacent to Casco Viejo so it was the best of both worlds (local & tourist)

Everything was fine, no issues. It is close to an all night Casino and it is loud IF you are sleeping on the sofa-bed... however its not a sound issue if you are in the bedroom with the door closed.
