Awful.place, black mould, noisy, dirty, filthy common areas, flooded car park, tiny cheap uncomfotable bed, converted offices. Think twice!

The mould issue. The customer service. Entered a messy apartment - was not cleaned. Fire alarm battery was dead as there was an annoying beeping and we called to see if THEY could come over to fix the issue but instead told us WE had to deal with it using a butterknife! Over the evening, I experienced itchy eyes so did some investigating and found mould around the window and hidden underneath a fire blanket.

The kitchen was good and the washing machine was a bonus. The coffee and sugar was also a good addition. The sofa was comfy and the wardrobe was very helpful. The ironing board and the heated towel in the bathroom was also exceptional.

When I arrived (after check in time) the bed wasn't made and there was no bed sheets or towels available. I was not made aware of this and was chasing them through the chat and the contact number given however I had no answer. It wasn't until I called customer service through booking.com that I got a response. I was then told they would be at the apartment within 30 minutes to correct this, however I didn't get these until 3 1/2 hours later. I was let down as I needed to have an early night, but I didn't have the bed made until 8pm. Let alone have a shower also. The doors also slam really loudly no matter how quiet you are trying to be and then on my floor I had young children running up and down the halls playing on their toys that had been left outside of my room at 6am. As much as I booked the retreat for myself for some peace and quiet, I was not able to get a full nights sleep even though i had booked the place for 3 nights.

It was a good location, the host was responsive and everything worked well.

The apartment 29 layout didn’t make sense.

The building smelled awful.

Good location, reasonable facilities, but not good enough for the price.

A few broken items including a window that wouldn't shut, hot rail in bathroom hanging off the wall. There weren't enough towels for the 5 of us, not enough drinking glasses (one of the few glasses in the cupboard was cracked - we put it in the bin), not enough toilet roll (one full roll and two little bits of a roll for 5 people for 2 nights). The linen for the sofa bed in the living room didn't look clean. The sofa bed itself looked like it needed a good hoover to remove loads of fluff, hairs etc. Only 3 seats for the dining table, not enough for a property for up to 6 people. The dining chairs had only two or three screws each holding them together…. Very wobbly and dangerous, we found all the extra screws in the drawer on our last day. The kitchen sponge was full of gunge.

It was good days for us above my expectations. Good location .all facilities for shopping and travel clean and good response in time.

Honestly. If I say mattress was not suit for us but may be some like that.for me it was giving back pain. If possible you change that

Easy access, car parking provided, located in the middle of the town, many shops around, the apartment had everything you need in the kitchen. We enjoyed the holiday there!
