"This was a terrible stay at Joyce’s apartment in Loop street ! I would not recommend!"

They gave us an early check in

Alice did not give us any instructions or directions to the accommodation, once we arrived we had to pay for parking which was not mentioned anywhere on the booking information (which I had asked for) she expected us to pay on cash or park on the street ! We arrived to an apartment with no towels, broken kitchen cupboards, broken doors and blinds. The place was so dirty that there were cockroaches! We were 5 people checking in but the place only had 4 bowls,4 knives , 4 forks and 1 teaspoon which means we had to take turns eating. The taps were broken in the bathroom upstairs, there are NO cupboards or rails to hang or pack your clothing and so much more. This apartment is poorly maintained and hosts are misleading their guests !!!
