Looked fine from the outside. Never got inside as they cancelled the booking 30-45 minutes after I had arranged to pick up the keys.

The management company emailed me then phoned to cancel the booking at 15.27 on the day when I was outside the apartment. Told me to just book another hotel for us all. Had waited 5 months to stay there for a concert and ended up driving home afterwards.

Perfect location for the utilita arena

We only had one towel between 4 of us. I did message before we came to ask if towels were provided, and the reply was yes. That was the only issue

A deposit is required, It’s different from what was described. and the check-in process is complicated — it also requires verification.

Well-placed for city centre, handy for New St Station and the Bullring. Good sized apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and spacious kitchen/diner and lounge

The property was not clean, with visible dirt, hair, stains and rubbish. Bed linen smelt of body odour, towels were damp, dirty and smelly. The linen cupboard was piled high with dirty washing. Facilities were poor, and not as advertised, e.g. no soap, hairdryer, WiFi etc. Staff were non-responsive to requests once the fee had been paid.
