This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform The Cottages at Ivy Farm by Charles Alexander Short Stay in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. HOT TUB (COTTAGE 2 ONLY) Please note that if we have had a same day changeover, with guests checking out on the morning of your arrival, the hot tub may not be quite up to full temperature on your arrival. This is due to the hot tub being completely emptied, cleaned and re-filled for your health and safety. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Lovely cottages , would stay again."

Lovely cottages, nice quiet location surrounded by fields. Good facilities and all you needed provided. Close to town and Blackpool and the beaches as long as you drive.

Mattress was a little hard for my taste but that's personal preference.

Loved how clean and tidy it was. Great location for us, it was quiet and safe area. The hosts were super helpful and contactable.

Very minimal issues ... Would be good to have a few essentials like salt and pepper, tin foil / oil etc in the kitchen area just makes a huge difference. The bathroom door were very stiff and almost got stuck. Otherwise can't fault the place.

"Superb"

Great location to explore Lytham, St Annes and 10 minutes drive from Blackpool. Spacious, modern property with all the resources you would need. Both bedrooms had en-suite bathrooms, beds very comfortable too. Lovely outdoor area that would be great during the summer period.

"Good value for money for a short family break."

Great property for a short family break. Good location, nice and modern, well equipped and good value for money.

It was a well equipped cottage but could have done with a slightly better standard of things e.g. kitchen utensils. Plus would benefit from more cutlery, plates and glasses. And the sofa was really comfy but for a family of 4 it wasn’t really big enough for us all to relax on.

"Disappointing"

Relaxed environment clean cottage

The bonfire they had Christmas day night and the smell of smoke in the cottage couldn't let dogs out in garden and set my mum off with a coughing fit
