Location was lovely. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Lovely big fireworks place. Easy access to to Lancaster - only ten minutes by Uber.

Heating was broken- it was very cold. The bedroom was dated and the toilet shower was small and very basic.

Exceptional welcome - every member of staff was exceptionally friendly - made us feel at home.

Breakfasts that came out of the kitchen looked more generous and better prepared - bit like the first test pancake
