"The noise from the trains outside is terrible."

The location and the fact and it has two bathrooms

Broken ironing board, broken bathroom door handle, the noise from the trains outside means you are woken every half an hour.

"We enjoyed our stay, but a few simple improvements would have made it better."

Brilliant Location and spacious accommodation.

Whilst clean, it did smell of bleach and there was paint spilt in the bath !! Whilst decoration was obviously recent, some additional maintenance is required, ie: a door handle fell off.

The location was great for transport and shopping, very central and convenient. The apartment was nice and spacious, and very cool amidst the heatwave.

Only thing as expected was the noise from the trains. But it didn't overly bother me.

"Amazing location apartment with free parking"

Amazing location and the communication was fantastic, the beds were comfy and I appreciated an en suite plus another bathroom. Plus free parking!

The concierge were not very good. There were a couple of broken things in the apartment, a cupboard door and a sofa arm.

Clean, comfortable bed

Windows covered in foil, not sure why? the noise from traffic was terrible as if Windows were left open.they weren't. Not even a cup in the cupboards, just glasses We left early hours as we couldn't sleep.

Very considerate & supportive check in experience - so helpful 2 large bed rooms - one en-suite so effectively a bathroom each ;) Large spaces
