I loved everything about this hotel easy to get to & a good location for bars, shops and restaurants

It’s a really unusual unique place. Loved the decor, feels luxurious, dark, gothic and the reception area smelt amazing! The roof top garden is really pretty. We loved the room, lots of lovely features and the bathroom was one of the best in a hotel I’ve ever seen. The rooms had air con which was handy as is was really hot outside and the windows can’t be opened. Room and bathroom was very clean, bathroom had soap and shampoo. The bed linen smelt really nice which usually you don’t get in hotels. There was a small coffee making pod machine which my husband enjoyed and a few other wee extras which made the stay comfortable. It’s close to all the shops so very convenient.

One of the lights over the bed was broke and they’d covered it with silver duct tape.

Place and staff were good

The air conditioning in the cabin wasn't working told Owen he went above to sort with fan. Its no window was like a sweatbox. Asked to be moved fully booked. Was told I would get a full refund through booki g not recieved emails, nothing back absolutely raging as this was for our anniversary. They gave us a bottle of prosseco as a sorry but it wasn't good enough for the money that was paid!

It was a beautiful property and the staff were so helpful!

It was a very hot day and the air con in our room wasn't working, so it was quite uncomfortable especially overnight
