I was very disappointed I arrived during a busy period at the bar and was very hurriedly shown my room at the far end of a small attic space. We passed by what was obviously the breakfast room - but no mention was made of breakfast options. In the mornng I was seemingly on my own so I helped myself to the quite sparse options for self serve breakfast. I had almost finished eating when some other residents got up, and they informed me there was a cooked breakfast on offer downstairs I think it was totally remiss of the person who checked me in NOT TO MENTION A COOKED BREAKFAST OPTION APPARENTLY ONLY AVAILABLE ON THE WEEKEND (WHICH THIS WAS)

Really enjoyed our stay, lovely food in the restaurant Felt like home, very relaxed atmosphere Loved the log burner

Why complain if you’re happy ?

The staff were great, all young and enthusiastic and ready to help at any time and very friendly. The place was exceptionally clean throughout and rooms were cleaned daily.

The continental breakfast wasn't great to be honest but we did stay over the New Year period, the noise from the main road which was a pavement width from our bedroom was a minor irritation that couldn't be helped but something to bear in mind. We chose a pub/restaurant so we wouldn't have to travel to find they stopped serving food at 16.00 and closed the pub at 18.00 on New Year's day.

Great place to stay, everyone really friendly. Bed was lovely and comfortable, we stayed in the family suite so we had a living room as well. Will definately be back we have already booked. Great location to get out and about in Norfolk

Continental breakfast not great. Bread bit too thin for toast, not enough choice of cereal. The first morning there was hardly any butter, no orange juice and only one jam. Also could possibly do with a lamp in the living room. Quote cold throughout the whole place but it was December!!

Friendly staff. In general, much better than expected for a budget option. Rooms are big. The toilet is fair. Few parking slots in front of the bar on weekdays.

Softbed is a bit too soft. Hot water takes time to settle.

Cosy pub with warm fire and spacious family rooms. Friendly staff and very good breakfast.

Fairly busy road but nothing owners could do about that.

Friendly helpful staff. We arrived a little late on Boxing day. The young lady who greeted us ( Crystal) Was efficient and sorted everything out. Great Value for money. I even left a tip.

Can't think of anything. Although my Mother did mention that the Mirror was a bit too high for her. ( She's not very tall though😆)
