Es ist ein ganz herzlich und liebevoll geführtes Homestay. Das Zimmer ist ganz modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Man kann abends auf der Terrasse sitzen und die Natur genießen. Es gibt einen großen Garten mit Kokosnusspalmen und vielen Blumen. Die Familie ist die freundlichste Familie, die wir auf Sri Lanka begegnet sind. Sie versuchen einem jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen z.B. organisieren Ausflüge, Safari und geben sehr gute Tipps für die Umgebung. Das Beste ist aber das Essen. Man kann hier eine richtig authentische Sri Lanka Küche genießen z.B. zum Abendbrot gab es unter anderem ein Jackfruit-Currie. Sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen sind sehr vielfältig und schmecken ausgezeichnet. Unsere beste Unterkunft auf Sri Lanka. Eine absolute Empfehlung!!!!

Gentillesse de la famille, au petit soin. Beaux échanges sur les coutumes locales. Toujours le sourire, accueil chaleureux. Très bonne cuisinière qui demande ce qu'on souhaite manger.

RAS, tout est OK

Alles! Chandrika zorgt samen met haar 2 leuke jongens voor een huiselijk en heel gezellig verblijf. Super mooie kamer met alles erop en eraan. Heerlijke douche, heerlijk bed en goed muskietennet. De kookkunst van Chandrika is perfect dus daar zeker gebruik van maken. Wij voelden ons tijdens ons verblijf een met de familie.. Ook regelde Chandrika een safari en rijdt zij zelf een tuktuk waarmee ze ons heeft rond getuft. Niets is haar teveel. Ze heeft zelfs onze was gedaan en haar zoon heeft ons naar de bus getuktukt. De woning ligt in een heerlijk rustige tuin waar je ook lekker voor de deur van je kamer kan zitten. Een dikke 10!

Amazing Stay! Highly Recommended! I had the most wonderful experience during my stay here! The family running the place was incredibly kind and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The mother and her two well-mannered sons were absolutely lovely, and you could tell they genuinely care about their guests' comfort. The breakfast was absolutely delicious – such a great way to start the day! And the room? Spotlessly clean and cozy. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. If you're looking for a warm, friendly, and comfortable spot, this is the place to be! I will definitely return. 10/10!

The stay at Sanu Homestay was amazing. amazing in that the owner is a lovely person. You can only meet such good people in Sri Lanka I think 🙂 She is very nice, helpful, lovely, she takes care of her guests like I have never experienced anywhere else. She has two lovely sons who help and are very sweet 🙂 The room is super clean, very nicely decorated, bedding, towels, furniture - everything is new and smells beautiful. Mattres super comfortable. We slept very good. Very nice clean and comfortable bathroom with hot water. But these meals... The most delicious food I have eaten so far in Sri Lanka. huge portions and the taste is amazing. I highly recommend coming and eating dinner if you are not even sleeping there - just go and ask if the owner can cook for you today. She did our laundry - everything smelled beautiful after washing and was super clean. At the very end she took us to the bus stop for free by tuk tuk. The area and the garden is very quiet and beautiful. During the night a elephant was walking next to the house ! It’s very close to Sigiriya mountain and all the small restaurants around. Perfect localisation. Very fast WiFi. She recommended us also her friend who took us for amazing trip to Pollonaruwa in very good price and Channa was amazing guide and super nice person. If you stay there ask for this trip ! I highly, highly recommend this place. It is created by a family with big hearts ❤️ I hope - see you soon! Thank you for such a wonderful stay at your home

Mon séjour chez Sanu HomeStay fut court mais tellement intense. L’hôte est au petits soin, elle s’est tellement bien occupée de moi pendant tout mon séjour. Tout était parfait, la chambre, le dîner et petit déjeuner ainsi que la conduite du tuktuk. Encore un grand merci pour cette première journée au sriLanka.

Je recommande vivement. La chambre est vraiment très propre, le lit est très confortable, l’anti moustiquaire au top. Concernant le petit déjeuner qui est inclu il est tout simplement excellent et très généreux. Vous pouvez même sauter le repas du midi… c’est un mélange entre spécialités sri lankais et petit déjeuner continental. Cette famille est adorable, très souriante et prêts à tout pour vous satisfaire. La location est idéale, à même pas 5 minutes à pied des restaurants et bars. Merci pour tout.

What a stay! We can’t thank Chandrika enough for her hospitality and kindness. Sanu was the perfect co host always checking up on us ☺️ Breakfast included has so many options and was so delicious! We also opted to have dinner with her for a small fee and it exceeded expectations! She recommended all the best things to do in the area and was happy to help book it for us. The room is nice and clean has a great shower and is everything you need. We could not recommend this stay enough it made our time in Sigiriya so special!

Le meilleur home stay de tout notre voyage !! Nous avons tout aimé dans cette maison d’hôtes ! La chambre était très propre, la salle de bain grande avec douche chaude. Petit déjeuner très bon et très copieux ! Endroit calme et à 5 minutes à pied des restaurants de sigiriya. Chandrika et ses 2 fils nous ont accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Nous nous sommes senti comme en famille . Nous devions rester 2 nuits et nous avons prolongé notre séjour tellement nous y étions bien. Nous y avons pris tous nos repas car chandrika nous a préparé des délicieuses recettes sri lankaise à des prix très compétitifs . Chandrika nous a aussi aidé à trouver les meilleurs tarifs pour notre safari et notre location de scooter. Nous avons pu profiter de sa machine à laver pour notre linge . Nous recommandons vivement cet home stay pour des vacances réussies !!😆

We loved everything about our stay! The family is extremely kind and goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. The room was so clean and comfortable. The food was also really good and plentiful. We will definitely be recommending this place to our friends and family!
