Had everything we needed for our whanau. Clean and comfortable whare. Definitely recommend for short or long stay. Beautiful view for morning breaky on the deck too.

"Friendly owners, spack ok, but difficult to relax as facilities very basic and dated."

Close to the town and great private parking. Great comfy bed. Good laundry facilities. Easy access to Rotorua.

A rumble of myself and the whole property as lorries drove past on the main road which was sometimes several per minute all through the night. Dated and grubby.

"Lovely little place, two bathrooms and a spa bath. Close to towns and very private."

The property was clean, tidy, location is great and close to town and activities. Beautiful view of Mokoia island And the deck outside was a great touch to sit outside and take in all the views.
