Location and the owners response to sorting out an issue with the cot.

Telly connection to Internet/ available channels could have been better.

We were issued with a pin by Booking.com but it was not the correct code, it took three calls and a message to the owner to get the correct info to enable our entry, her response was prompt. The venue is central with good off street parking.

The property is small and some attention is needed to the cleaning. Shower not very warm or powerful. The French doors, whilst lockable, would have opened easily from the outside with little force, therefore creating a security problem.

The property was clean and pleasent and in a good position for all the places of interest.

These people realy do need to pay much better attension to the fixtures ect when inspecting the property and with more frequency. We had to report on the first evening that the wifi was not working, after txting for two hours with the owner without a solution we were eventually told that BT would be round the next day to install a new router, of course that did not happen, were we being fobbed off ? it felt like it. I coud not retire to bed for a read either because there was not any bulbs in the bedside lamps. This is what I mean by frequent checks its the differance between a good place and an also ran.

Location was great- Super close to the train station! Everything in the house was decorated very well. There was a lovely basket of morning essentials as well which was a really nice touch! Check in was super easy.

Picky things- But sometimes can make the difference between a wonderful stay and just an okay stay. - Bathroom bin was not emptied from previous tenant. - Clogged drain needed hair removal, (not ours) - Sharp entrances to the bedrooms- nails sticking out from where I assume there was once carpet, one person did cut foot on the way through the door.

Easy location short walk into the city free parking outside gorgeous as well equipped inside and comfortable inside even had a welcome basket with cereal biscuits tea coffee etc but make sure you bring some milk! Would highly recommend bed comfy and high standard of decoration

Couldn’t get the internet working for some reason but managed without it! And would’ve loved a bench or table chairs in the garden as nothing in the shed outside and was gloriously sunny but didn’t affect stay

Close to the train station comfy beds nice little welcome basket waiting for us on arrival

The toilet seat was very loose and there was a fusty smell in the house when we arrived
