Great location for Birmingham shops and bars. Excellent for Utilitia Arena. Clean and perfect for us . Home from home with our son.

It’s very basis but that’s not a problem. It’s clean, comfy and as it states. Great for contractors and practical stays.

All accomodation on the ground floor. Good location. Quiet area and easy to get to centre, we walked to Chinatown before going to the Academy.. Good info given by host for area. Clear instructions for access.

Door chain needs replacing. Bathroom could do with a spruce up but it was clean

Very uncomfortable sofa and bed mattresses needs replacing the smoke alarm was constantly chirping every few minutes in hallway

Great city centre stay. House was comfortable and warm and had everything we needed. Great comfy beds and was warm and cozy. Parking included and neighbourhood was quiet.
