all the pictures are a lie the place is a state and there’s holes everywhere broken beds and the bathroom facilities are either rotting or broken don’t stay here and get somewhere better for your money

One bedroom was just a mattress on the floor One bedrooms mattress was sunken in the middle and no curtain in the room One bedroom had a leaning base and slats that kept falling out. Ensuite had a hole in the wall with toilet paper stuffed in it Bathroom had a hole in the floor and mould in corners

Getting out of the apartment.

The apartment at the listed address isn't the apartment shown in the pictures. Not that it looks different, it's a completely different property. One bed was just a mattress on the floor inside a bed frame, one was a complete bed and the third was a pile of broken slats, screws poking out, a roll of kitchen paper was placed in the corner under part if the frame in an attempt to take the place of a metal bracket. The pillows smelt stale. The communal bathroom had a hole in the floor which had been covered with a bath mat and I almost fell into the bath when I stood on it. There's a hole in the en suite wall that had toilet paper stuffed in it. It's been half heartedly cleaned. Owner has clearly bought a do'er up property, put down some new carpet, new cooker, washer and fridge, new sofa and TV and thought that's a great job. One if the bedrooms didn't even have curtains. Had to put our coats on hangers and hang them from the window frame. Shower head in the en suite was mouldy looking and the shower base had previously been broken with a big ugly bead of silicone used to fix it. Only one person out of the 5 that stayed managed to get a full night sleep all weekend because of the state of the beds. Fire extinguisher was last serviced in 2015, the pin had already been pulled out of it. Extractor fan in kitchen ceiling was half hanging off and was filthy, could see grease on it. Fire blanket had a layer of dust on top of it. Spare pillows had no covers. Entire property just felt grubby. Even got up and slept on the sofa at one point. I've stayed in far better places in Edinburgh for the same money, in fact less. I got an apartment on Parliament square a couple years ago for under £600, at the same time of year, overlooking St.Giles cathedral, Parliament square and the Royal mile. Sent messages via the booking.com app, by text, by email about access and checking in/out times in the weeks leading up to arriving on 5th Sept.

Absolutely disgusting, holes in bathroom door, walls stuffed with tissue to disguise holes. Bed broken. Walks in bad need of painting. Absolutely waste of money Pure dump

Bit pricey for 1 night but Location was good not far from the Royal mile, castle, shops etc rooms were big enough and appartment clean apart from some signs of damage in the bathrooms but that nothing really

The owner or staff didn't reply to my message through app and also didn't say it was in a LEZ zone, when phoned him who couldn't understand english very well 3 times who was very abrupt couldn't understand what I was trying to to say I that i couldn't drive through to the apartments he said AND, then proceded to say go find parking outside the zone when I asked were I could park closer to hotel he said "dont know wasn't from around here ended up having to pay nearly £30 for four hours, luckily my ticket rime ran over the stop charge so was ok till very early in the morning, it should state the LEZ zone etc in info will be booking somewere else next time

Kücheneinrichtung hatte alles was man braucht. Waschmaschine vorhanden. Die Wohnung war sauber. Grosses Wohnzimmer. Gastgeber hat Schokolade als Willkommensgruss bereitgestellt.

Ein Doppelbett war total defekt. Lattenrost. Alles etwas heruntergekommen. Anstrich, Tapete, Türen, Holz an der Decke.

Leilighet på bildene vi bestilte var ikke den leiligheten vi fikk. Det var dårlig kommunikasjon med utleier. Det var mugg på kjøkken og bad. Den ene sengen hadde knekt ramme. Leiligheten var slitt.

Excellent value, great location and lots of complimentary drinks and snacks for guests.

It seems to be being refurbished and the beds are very uncomfortable however given time I’m sure this will be resolved.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!! THESE PEOPLE CANCELLED ON ME ON ARRIVAL WITH NO NOTICE CLAIMING THE BOILER WAS BROKE AND I WOULD GET A FULL REFUND, STILL WAITING FOR MY £470
