"Great hotel"

The manager was amazing with me answered all my questions room was good size just needs redecorating but bed was so comfortable all in all good hotel will use this hotel most of my time In Blackpool.

Room needs redecorating. Tv needs outside TV aerial to watch normal tv as it’s just smart tv with channels I didn’t want to watch

"Great place and value for money"

I was travelling to Blackpool to meet up with friends as we were going to see the Rocky Horror Picture Show on stage. I stayed here for 3 nights in room 8 and the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and welcoming especially the young lady in room 7 who helps out there.

Sadly there was a very rude guest in the room below who was extremely noisy with music throughout the first 2 nights so didn’t get much sleep but thankfully the owner ejected him so I got a good nights sleep.

The New Kirkstead Guest House in Blackpool is like stumbling upon a hidden treasure map, with directions to explore Blackpool's delights without a pirate in sight. The rooms are so clean and the beds so comfy, you'll think they've been sprinkled with fairy dust—sweet dreams are guaranteed! The staff and guests are friendlier than a Labrador at a sausage festival, instantly making you feel like you've found your long-lost family. And with prices this good, you'd swear the checkout process should include a mandatory wink and a cheesy mustache disguise—it’s that much of a steal!

What I didn’t like? Well, not much to grumble about, to be honest! Maybe the seagulls could learn to harmonize instead of squawking at sunrise, but we can't blame the guest house for their musical taste. And if the showers could belt out "Singing in the Rain" while you lather up, that’d be a bonus! Otherwise, this place is spot on!
