Blue Bell Hotel

Breakfast was very good and the location of the breakfast rooms very pleasant

No toilet rolls in room and not supplied even when bought to attention of reception. Had to find my own fro Public toilets on site. Tv remote non functioning. Shower rai and curtain fell onto my partner. Room decor and furniture very shabby.

Historical former Royal Mail coaching inn beautiful decorated lots of historical pictures lovely garden. Excellent quality food & the prices weren’t expensive either. Ideal location for all the tourist sites plenty of parking. Really friendly helpful staff would love to return & stay again at some point

Service was good. Great location for exploring the area.

If you ate in restaurant you had to go to bar to get your own drinks. Felt a bit disjointed. Plumbing could be improved. Wfi very sporadic.

We stayed in adjacent building not the hotel , it wasn't very clean , water left in kettle and slug trails on the carpet

Very quaint, old fashioned, rare these days, most hotels are a chain or generic. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The food was great actually and very well priced. The hotel was very cheap compared to others and we’d read the reviews, so I knew what was booking, we actually enjoyed it was we’d been rough camping, this was comfortable, safe & dry!!

The hotel really needs some tlc, just enough to keep it from completely falling into ruin x

Very nice building and location. Staff friendly and helpful and room comfortable, set in a lovely village.
