Central location, 10mins walk from train station

The TV didn't work. Wouldn't let us log in to our Disney account. The shower was appalling. Rug in bathroom dirty. The crumbs and dust under the pull out bed were disgusting. No blinds in livingroom so if using the sofa bed, you're awake at first daylight, 4am!

It was a lovely experience. I love the flat design.

The host knows what I did not like. It was sorted. He's a lovely man!

It was close to what we needed

Thee were dirty clothes and underwear in the wardrobe and washing machine. There was no towels even after requesting these and there was an old avocado in the fridge.

Host appeared soon after we arrived to show us how to get in. He gave us parking permits for nearby streets. Bathroom was clean. Bed comfortable.

I was not told that I had to enter door 2 to find flat 2a/b so I spent a while looking for the front door until the host arrived to explain.kitchen dirty, dishwasher had a bad smell, missing kitchen cupboard door, hand sized hole in wall, wall between bedroom and lounge very thin, duvet too thin for winter, only one person could sit upright on sofa (in window cavity) as sloping ceiling. No oven gloves or tea towel. Bedroom blind cord dangerous as hangs down and children could strangle. If other flat left engines running, fumes would get into our flat, doesn't seem safe. Guests don't get a key to door at bottom of stairs so anyone could be in building.

Great location, cleaner was really friendly and helpful

We didn’t receive information on the WiFi so had to drain data to work on the go Some of the cupboards/wardrobes/fridge could have been cleaner Needed cooking trays available for the oven

It’s was very cozy, always loved open plan and it’s a perfect size. 2min walk to the shopping centre

The stairs are very steap
