Hoianese Quiet Old Town Hotel - Cultural Experiential Hotel

The property was really nice, clean and the staff are amazing. Beds were comfortable, great bathroom and free water.

El mejor hotel en el que hemos estado de todo Vietnam!! Y es que desde el principio la bienvenida y atención del equipo fueron inmejorables: nos dieron una explicación súper amplia de la historia de hoi An y de todo lo que podíamos hacer en la ciudad y alrededores, adaptándose además a nuestros gustos e intereses. Las instalaciones están genial! La habitación está tan bien como se puede ver en las fotos: limpia, cómoda, diseñada con gusto, con una buena ducha y baño, con una nevera y hasta teníamos una sorpresa que nos dejaron por nuestra luna de miel. El desayuno es un lujo, te preparan al instante lo que pidas del menú; Además la ubicación es perfecta para visitar el Old Town (a unos 6-8 minutos caminando), que te permite tanto conocer la parte más turística como la parte más local de Hoi An. Spring, Kimmi, Helen, Lily, Emma y Anna son súper amables y simpáticas, han superado todas nuestras expectativas. Sin olvidar lo amables que fueron el día de salida que nos prestaron toallas para poder lavarnos antes de salir al aeropuerto. Súper recomendable también el free tour que organiza el hotel. Cindy, nuestra guía, fue súper simpática y nos explicó muchísimas cosas de la historia y cultura de Hoi An. Muchas gracias a todo el equipo!! Cảm ơn bạn rất nhiều!!

I loved my stay at Hoianese Quiet Old Town Hotel! The room was lovely and the hospitality was amazing. I got a free upgraded room and they let me check in early which I really appreciated after an early flight. In particular I would like to thank Spring, Kimmi, Helen, Anna and Emma. They were incredibly kind and helpful, they gave me really good recommendations. I cannot recommend this place enough! Thanks again :))))

Friendly and helpful staff, and walking tour

What made the stay special was the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. A special thanks to Spring, Helen, and Anna for being so kind and attentive throughout my stay. Their service went beyond my expectations.

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in Vietnam! Helen, spring, tin, Anna, Emma are the best hosts, so nice, so knowledgeable. Helped us out with anything we needed. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Bosh!
