"Excellent venue for location and comfort."

Location is excellent. We loved the Butterfly room

We suggest a few small things - firstly, put the number 17 on the butterfly room door - people tried to open our room door thinking it lead to a hallway or other numbered rooms. The hall numbering was confusing them! Also- the morning breakfast staff were short handed and we had to keep asking for more cups or things to be brought out.

"Pleasant hotel in a great location."

Excellent central location. Friendly and helpful staff. We had the continental breakfast which was fine, with toast and plenty of coffee.

The choice of breakfast cereals and fruit was a bit below average.
