GBPerfect place in great location. The owners have cleverly used handmade and recycled items to furnish & decorate the Snug giving it a unique quirky quality that we loved. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped with the comfiest bed ever! The owners left milk, tea, coffee, biscuits and crumpets which was a lovely touch too. Highly recommended.

GBThe Snug is a fabulous place to stay. The attention to detail is spot on and there is everything you need for a great stay. The bed is comfy and it's cosy and warm.We loved how the shower room and toilet were done and the little area in between. It was amazing how you really got the feel of how the pub used to be, in fact I looked the pub up! What you can do with a place with some imagination. For dogs, it's great too as there is a beautiful small park just a short walk away and parking is also good too, just around the corner. We stay in a lot of places for odd nights but this far beats some of the others, would highly recommend it and would certainly return at some point. It's excellent value for money. Thanks to the owners for the added extra including the dog treats!

GBEverything ! Absolutely stunning! Clean and everything we needed on hand! The owners provided crumpets and fresh milk on arrival ! It was cosy and spacious and the location was perfect ! Pub across the road, and cost us £2.50 in an uber to the Matlock caves ! Communication with the owners was on hand through Watsap, very helpful and kind people I will be booking again that’s for sure 😊
