GBThe property was spacious, clean and only a 5-7 minute walk into Matlock town. The hosts were great at communicating beforehand, very responsive and brilliant at answering any questions we had.
Whilst it didn’t bother us as we’re quite mobile, the property is located at the top of a steep hill. People with mobility issues may need to consider this if wanting to walk to and from the centre.

There was no blind to stop the outside automatic lights from shining inside at night, very minor issue.
GBAmazing place to stay, very spacious the decor is wonderful. Great location and very clean. The beds were really comfortable and milk crumpets and biscuits were provided which was a lovely touch. I would definitely recommend this property to others.
GBI loved the simplicity of the layout and the quirkiness of it. The wash facilities were very clean and just what was needed after a 32 mile hike!

GBA superb little gem! Beautifully designed and quirky in a really good way. It was lovely and comfortable with everything you could possibly want or need. Despite only staying one night we had a perfect stay!
