Fantastic cottage, great location, despite no designated parking it’s easy to manage. Lots of space inside and out. A lovely garden with Furniture to enjoy alfresco dining Lots of restaurant options within walking distance… This is a perfect option for central Oakham

A beautiful period cottage hidden away but right in the heart of the town. Really tastefully decorated and more spacious than expected. Well equipped kitchen. The lower floor stayed lovely and cool in the hot weather. Plenty of nice pubs and places to eat within just a couple of minutes walk

In hot weather the upstairs rooms got very hot and it was difficult to sleep. Fans would’ve been welcome. It’s a little walk along from the nearest road to get to the cottage, there’s no parking onsite or outside. The front gate and bathroom door need adjusting as they were very difficult to open & close
