Oto zaktualizowany komentarz: My stay at Karen's place was absolutely wonderful. Karen is an incredibly kind, warm, and helpful host. She went above and beyond to ensure I felt safe and comfortable during my stay, even during the challenging conditions of storm Eowyn. Thanks to Karen’s generosity, I was able to stay at her place during the storm, even though I didn’t have a booking for that day (my trains were canceled, and I couldn’t get to my planned accommodation). She made sure I felt comfortable and well-fed during that time, and she did it all selflessly. The accommodation was cozy, spotless, and well-equipped. The location is perfect for exploring Edinburgh, and the atmosphere in the house was so welcoming. A special mention to John and their adorable dog Tobby, who added even more charm to the experience. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back! Thank you, Karen, for making my visit truly unforgettable.

Karen, John and their quiet dog Toby are extraordinarily friendly, welcoming and helpful hosts. The room is small, but sufficient. I appreciated the private bathroom. Everything was super clean! City center is a short bus ride away, bus practically leaves in front of their doorstep. Even my dietary requirements could be catered for breakfast. I can warmly recommend this clean, safe room with lovely hosts especially to women traveling alone.

Karen is very welcoming and a lovely host. She makes you a very nice breakfast! Her house is very clean and all facilities are splendid!

The host is super lovely, warmly welcoming, and truly makes you feel at home! The property is clean and comfortable as well. Although it’s not located in the city centre, a bus stop is just a five-minute walk away. Buses run frequently and take around 25 minutes to reach the city centre. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and wished I could have stayed longer.😢 Anyway, I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Edinburgh.❤️

Karin and John showed great hospitality. Breakfast was delicious. The room and shower were very klean. And the dog Tobby was so sweat. I recommend for solo travelers.

This family is the best host I ever met. They make me feel like I am their own guest as a family member. John preparing delicious breakfast, Karen is the soul of the house, keeping everything very clean and well decorated with all small details. Both of them have this amazing Scottish humour and warm feeling to make you feel at home. The room and the whole property have everything you need for your stay. The bathroom is very clean and modern like the whole house. It’s almost 20 minutes from the centre but there is a direct bus N16 very close to the house. This neighbourhood and the whole area is very calm with nice atmosphere around.
