Brecon serviced apartments- Kian Perrott Properties

The owner of the property, Mango Homes, cancelled my booking, via message, at 11pm the night before we were due to arrive, which I didn't see until we were already in Brecon the following morning. They responded to a single message, asking me to send my bank details directly to them for a refund, which I obviously refused to do for security reasons. I then requested a message on WhatsApp to exchange details and have not heard from them since. They have not been reachable on phone or message and have been ignoring all other of my attempts to get a refund. Clearly a scam operator - avoid.

Excellent location just off the High Street in Brecon BUT our property was changed as we headed to Brecon from the Wine Cellar to a top floor apartment.

Parking area very unsavoury. Bins overflowing. We appreciate they have no responsibility for this area but it does not mean they could not take responsibility of it. Entrance area to building - poor No internet consequently no TV. Kian / Meg offered to pay for a meal as an apology but this was not forthcoming.

IT’s location

It was very dirty, particularly the bathroom, the shower was disgusting and the shower itself unusable. The cutlery was a joke, 1 teaspoon, 2 knives & 3 forks!! There are many other things, like the parking, but I have put all this in a formal complaint to you

Parking area outside full of rubbish and car got blocked in by another car. Shower tray/ tiles need a clean.
