Cosy One Bedroom Digbeth Apartment

This is a modern apartment which is very filthy. I found a used vape under the TV cabinet and a broken end to a used razor in the bathroom. There were stains all over the flat including all kitchen appliances, some bed linen/towels and the bathroom. Communal areas of this property are equally filthy and I had an extremely terrible experience after a very long drive to Birmingham trying to obtain keys for the property, which were left behind the counter to a nearby convenience store which closed at 10pm. (I arrived at the destination after 11pm due to travel/motorway delays) Although pricing for this accommodation is very reasonable and the property is very spacious, I would prefer to pay more for a cleaner environment. I would absolutely not stay here again and I do not recommend this apartment.

The first apartment was absolutely filthy so they moved me. Same block different apartment this was just as bad

The place is very dirty. The don’t even change the bin from the previous guest. I had to wash the bed sheets and clean the place as it’s was smelly.

Nothing. Broken sofas that need changing but they don’t care.

I was able to get to town and all prime locations which is the main reason I booked this location. Collection and return for the keys was easy. Accessing the apartment, security etc was good.

The property could have been cleaned !!!! Microwave was extremely dirty, food stains everywhere and bad smell. No prior house cleaning of any sort was carried out which is unacceptable. Even the duvets and all beddings looked and felt like they weren't changed. This was completely unacceptable. Cleaning when someone checks out should go without saying. I had to put toilet roll first into the microwave as I couldn't place my dish directly on the rotating plate. The apartment felt abandoned and I was the first to stay there after a long while. Other essentials were missing like the re-fill for the handwash liquid in the bathroom, maybe some re-fills for shower gel etc (luckily I brought my own soap) there was only one towel and it appeared like it'd been used and not changed/washed. The booking was for two but only one towel (dirty) available. The boiler room had some dirty rags and clothes left on the floor, clear indication that cleaning wasn't carried out. It was an absolute mess. It's by far the worst experience I've had with booking any accommodation.
