Host cancelled short notice. Which while highly annoying, things happen. But lack of contact after, meant I had to go through booking.com customer service for refund.

The location was excellent, but the flat was not clean. One of the toilets had visible residue so we avoided using it and the flat has broken handle. The kitchen stove was also too dirty for us to feel comfortable cooking. Overall, the poor hygiene and lack of maintenance including some unsafe electrical sockets made our stay uncomfortable and concerning especially if you are with children’s

The level of hygiene and overall maintenance was deeply disappointing. I’m sorry to say, but it was simply unacceptable especially considering that when you pay for accommodation, a basic standard of cleanliness and comfort should be guaranteed.

The location was great and it was spacious.

It needs better maintenance- there were door handles coming off, the tap in the kitchen and shower were broke and came off. Most worrying was that some of the electric sockets were hanging off the walls, in particular the one by the door in the kitchen - really dangerous and could seriously hurt someone or even worse. The plates and mugs etc were adequate but not much care and attention given to those or the decor in general.

Ideal location for bars and shops and restaurants there was everything we needed in the apartment

I liked how spacious it was went with a group of friends and was spacious enough where we were not on top of each other

Place was cold, and walls stained. Nothing like the pictures. Immersion had to be turned on, it was behind a locked door do had to have a call out which took some time. Deposit is excessive.

Leaving it!! The apartment was completely misrepresented—filthy, unsafe, and nothing like the photos. The smoke alarm was hanging from the ceiling, mould covered the walls, and the noise level made it feel like sleeping on the street. There were holes in the walls, spliff ends under the sofa, and the place was overall in appalling condition. The staff seemed only interested in making a quick buck. We stayed one night before moving out, yet the apartment continued to take Klarna payments without canceling the booking, despite promises of a refund. There’s been no follow-up from the apartment only Booking.com. Avoid at all costs—this place is closer to a crack house than a livable space.

All of it and the continued lack of response or refund is extra thrilling.

My stay was truly exceptional; collecting my keys was a breeze thanks to the clear email instructions directing me to a nearby convenience store. I highly recommend this apartment for its immaculate cleanliness and tidiness, which created a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The host exemplified professionalism and went above and beyond to ensure a seamless check-in experience. Plus, the location was nothing short of fantastic, adding to the overall experience.
