"Easy walk into Whitby"

Beautiful setting beside the river. Very pleasant walk into Whitby once you got back up the hillside to the old railway line path which takes you across the viaduct.

Slightly tired fixtures and fittings and would have felt very cramped had we been 4 not just 2.

"Quiet, scenic, perfect spot for holiday"

Location perfect, same as pictures, very safe and relaxing. Lovely having ducks visit everyday. Saw deer and pheasants. The accommodation was lovely and had almost everything we needed. Just missing airer or drying line for washing, otherwise everything perfect. Parking, quiet at night, BBQ at back of property, board games and full guides of where to visit . Only around 20 mins walk over viaduct to Whitby. The cinder track is easy access to lots of other places , for walkers joggers and cyclists. Definitely recommend this property and will hopefully come back again if I can find any free dates for next year.

Nothing in particular, would be nice to have earlier check in as doesn't take from 10am - 3pm to clean property if left how you found it. Otherwise nothing.

Excellent location just a few minutes walk from the viaduct with amazing views. Very peaceful and quiet. Property very cosy with everything you need for a few days away

"Short stay break"

Nice location- small but good for short stay break- comfortable- great view of the viaduct

it was quite cold downstairs with the tiled floors. We brought our own throws to use but when the weather is better it shouldn’t be a problem. Also the very bottom of the stairs could be a trip hazard. Caught me off guard a few times.

"Very nice property, lovely views, walks and good location"

Excellent stay, clean and beautiful views, location very good, very nice little cottage.

No scatter cushions on sofa or a tea towel for drying up, but that was being really picky on our part.
