"Remote location and poor choice of amenities in the locality. Getting to the location was tricky."

Breakfast menu was very limited and what was on it was just average. No percolated coffee just instant coffee with sometimes tepid water on the side.

Pleasant but poorly trained staff, poor quality food choices and owners not particularly interested in opinions. Toilet and Bathroom not properly equipped.

Staff is very friendly. Swimming pool absolutely stunning and everything is always clean. Really Good breakfast. 😋 Absolutely Love Bob. 🐒 We had a great time at Boabab Africa Lodge and will recommend it to our friends and family.

The only thing that was uncomfortable, was that the bathroom always got wet when it rained. Always needed to rush to put away the toilet paper and towels. Otherwise they were soaking wet.. I suggest you extend the roof another meter. Just to stop the rain from entering the bathroom.

"Great stay in the nature."

Very beautiful setting with a lot of trees and plants. Staff is really friendly, helpful and fun. The beach is on walking distance and is lovely during both high and low tide.

Because of the raving reviews and price of the accommodation, our expectations of the food were a bit higher. I don't recommend the massage, which felt very rushed even after asking a couple of times to slow down.

"Wonderful stay, friendly staff, beautiful lodge!"

The staff were very welcoming and also helped us with booking taxis whenever needed. The staff at the restaurant were also great! It was away from all of the hustle and bustle of stone town, so was a nice relaxing place to stay if you don’t want to be in the mix. WiFi was good and we loved the indoor/outdoor bathroom. The beach nearby was so beautiful and clean! Would definitely stay here again!

They could put a fridge in the rooms and have more variety at breakfast.

Beautiful location.

A lot of bugs and mosquitoes around. Staff a bit untrained and too much focused on their smartphones, which is a bit annoying and disruptive for such a location. Food variety and quality could be more authentic african. Quite sure people would love it more than British or American standard food.
