- The entrance was disgusting and filled with rubbish - Front entrance door was open at times and found a man smoking on the stairs around midnight - Sofa and cushions covered in stains and burn marks - Dirty dishes and cutlery - Ants everywhere in the kitchen/living room and bathroom - WiFi connectivity was troublesome - Fire alarm went off for the entire building and wasn't shut off by security for over an hour, this was around 11:30-12:30am on a Sunday - 2 single beds pushed together rather than a double which kept moving all night, really uncomfortable - Only 2 toilet rolls provided for 3 nights for 4 people Overall not as advertised and would not stay here again

The location was very convenient — close to shops, restaurants, and the station.The property was clean and had good facilities.Once settled, it was a comfortable and pleasant place to stay.

Finding the property was difficult ,the postcode took me in circles.There were no clear instructions or landmarks provided to help locate it. My room was on the 4th floor, and there was no lift.Traveling with an 11-month-old baby made the stairs very inconvenient.The doors were hard to open and access was not easy.

Instructions and codes were sent in advance getting in was not a problem although one of the doors that should have been shut with a code was open Once in to the apartments they were spacious and fairly clean. They were serviced whilst we were there more than once and extra cleaning took place. One apartment was well equipped - the other didnt have any drinking glasses!

The Entrance door to the apartments is in a shared yard area with the back doors to shops -where there are big wheely bins and a big pile of dumped waste - It was smelly. There were on many occasions ( we were there for 17 days) a refrigerated van with meat in it parked outside blocking the entrance - sometimes the meat was out in the open in a shopping trolley. We complained to the owner and sometimes the van did not block the entrance and the doors that were regularly unlocked were fixed.

Incredibly difficult to find the place

A couple of windows do not even work, so we could not close them. It is dangerous to sleep when you can not close the door in either the living room. One of the beds was broken, so my partner spent an hour fixing it to be able to sleep. We arrived very late at night, and need to go further in the morning to fly. It was a nightmare. Everything is dirty and discussed. We did not even eat. I texted them immediately, but did not get any solution. The worst thing is that even though I texted them politely and highlighted the issues as feedback that they could utilise to make the place more valuable, I did not get any refund. Which is sad, because my family and I had a nightmare there. Even the bins were not empty. The walls are dirty in every room. I have never seen anything like that before....

Clean apartment

It was hard to find based on the location sent to me. Absolutely unfair to send wrong location . Also neighborhood is not clean and streets around not clean. Noises everywhere . Very bad area.. I wouldn’t come again to this place al all though the apartment was clean

Nice apartment but they should make some renovations and change the sofas they very dirty and they should make some change about the entrance
