My 86 year old mother in law and her 82 year old crippled brother couldn't take a shower, cause it was inside a bathtub

The quiet and peaceful nature.

The location is absolutely superb, the location alone justifies that you pay a bit more. I also liked that it was very private.

The cottage itself can be upgraded a bit with a more comfortable mattress, and maybe a solar light outlide under the canopy at night. It is very dark and difficult to braai.

The location is pristine! There is a 5min walk to a beautiful waterfall and surrounding pools and boulders. It's just magical to relax there close to the water. We also enjoyed the hiking very much, although the hiking instructions is not very clear from the supplied picture. Nice that we could bring our dog, she loved it!

The house / cabin is outdated and not overly clean and must be renovated before we would consider visiting again. I'm not sure what the other cabins look like. Our cabin had a basic drum braai which is ok, but it could be upgraded to something decent. The fridge drawer is completely broken. Wineglasses are not all clean with fingerprints on them. Toaster right side is not working. The outside shower head is broken. The following is missing for a basic self catering unit: cheese grater, drying rack, over gloves, fly net.
