Kaladwas Lal Haveli - A Heritage Boutique Hotel

The food was delicious, location was very central and the rooms were beautiful

If you want a truly authentic experience with all your comforts stay here-- it was magical!! The rooftop dining was dreamy, during the day and in the evening. The food was some of the bgest we had in India.

Everything about this Haveli was exceptional. Location is the best as it’s within an approximate distance from all main attractions in Udaipur. The team is really warm and hospitable (worth mentioning the manager Divyabhanu and the receptionist Mahindra), they will ensure you will have a pleasant stay. The Haveli is so good as well, gives you the Rajasthan vibes and let’s you embrace the authenticity of the heritage

A bit pricey but it’s worthy quality wise

We loved the natural beauty of this property, it was an oasis in the chaos of the city. The property is so beautiful. The staff were amazing, specifically Nerenda Singh, the manager. We miss him so much! Definitely a good option in Udaipur. I would stay again and hope to see Nerenda there :)

It would have been nice to see the owner around, he said he would come and we never saw him. The mattresses also weren't the comfiest considering the price.

Kaladwas was a beautiful and well maintained heritage hotel. The furnishing and decor were excellent. The breakfast menu and food was delicious. The staff provided par excellence service. Divyabanu the manager was informative and accommodating, Narinder at the front desk was very attentive and helpful, always there with a smile. I would highly recommend this hotel to those who want to experience living in a “haveli” in the Old City and to be pampered by the great team there.

Room simply fabulous!!

The property was like nothing I’ve stayed in before, it felt really special and unique. The room was beautiful and everything was very clean. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive to anything we needed and I had many delicious masala teas!

Nothing on the property but if you’re sensitive to noise when you’re sleeping then be wary that it’s right in the mixer! But we liked the location so that’s just personal preference :)

We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff went the extra mile to make us feel special- even writing us a letter and bringing dessert to wish us well on our honeymoon. The location was perfect and meant we could walk to every site we wanted to see. The room was so spacious and clean. The dinner at the hotel was one of the best we’ve had on our trip. We are so glad we stayed here!

A very interesting little hotel in the middle of the historic centre. Close to shops and restaurants. The beds were comfortable and rooms nicely decorated.

The photos utterly misrepresent reality. This "haveli" is simply a poorly maintained old house. It's located in a narrow alley that our driver had to drop us off a few streets away and got a tuktuk to get us here. Our room was very dark, dusty, with musty smell and barely any space left besides the bed. The ill fitted curtains in the room appeared to have never been washed. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant on the rooftop and were unimpressed with the food. It appeared that we were the only guests at the time. After we finished dinner, the receptionist sent a WhatsApp message to inform me that the building is locked from the outside, and we should call him if we need anything. I could not sleep the whole night worrying about being trapped in case of a fire. Fortunately we stayed for only 1 night and could not wait to check out. This place is way overpriced for what it is.
