Очень дешевый хостел, который говорит, что он 4*. Матрас на полу, ватные подушки, муравьи в ванной, сломанная сантехника

Локация

1. Отель почти пустой но нас разместили на номер рядом с ресепшеном с видом на мусор. 2. Не было элементарно питьевой воды. 3. На завтрак идешь в ресторан тары (по лестнице вниз 1200 метров), не удобно у кого проблемы с коленями). 4. Шумоизоляция в номерах вообще отсутствует, невозможно норм спать. 5.на ресепшене просят придти пешком (пешком 3-4 км вверх в гору), долго ждешь пока за тобой отправят трансфер

اطلالة البحيرة فقط

Very poor services and a total disappointment they cheat ppl and to come to hotel and go down they provide service one time and rest of the time they charge and plus the facilities inside the room is very poor. There was no water and leaky tap and no facility in the room.

Leaky tap, no water in washroom I had to run behind the ppl to get it fixed not worth the money they charge and a complete waste of time. Plus no water is given to drink

The view and location

Aside from the location, this stay was disappointing due to poor service, cleanliness, and overall management. We waited nearly two hours for transportation to reach the property, while staff were unhelpful throughout our stay. The restaurant food was bad, and there was no drinking water available in the rooms. Overall, the experience fell far short of expectations

Amazing views

Asked staff for water for the room. Twice they said they would bring it but it never came.

La ubicación merece la pena

Pedimos una habitación estándar (sin vistas) y literalmente teníamos una pared delante de la ventana. Las instalaciones están bastante viejas
